Description Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a track record of navigating high-volume invoice processing? If so, Robert Half is partnering with a client in Deer Park, WA, seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing operation. This is an immediate contract or contract-to-hire position in North Spokane. Key Responsibilities: + Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. + Perform 3-way matching (preferred) to ensure invoice, PO, and receiving documentation reconciliation. + Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoice approvals. + Assist with maintaining the accounts payable ledger and ensuring timely payments. + Support month-end close processes as needed. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: + Previous experience in a similar high-volume Accounts Payable role. + Familiarity with 3-way matching of invoices highly preferred. + Proficiency or exposure to working within ERP systems (helpful but not required). + Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. + High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in processing.
