We are working with a dynamic and reputable company that is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: + Reviewing, coding, and processing invoices for payment in compliance with company policies and procedures. + Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies effectively. + Managing the AP inbox and responding to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. + Preparing payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. + Assisting with month-end close processes, such as accruals and account reconciliations. + Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve purchase order or expense discrepancies. Requirements + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role is required. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other relevant systems) and Microsoft Excel. + Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. + Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and vendors. + An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
