MISSION
Perform professional accounting work involving stock purchases and supporting retail store cash and expense movements in compliance with local legislative requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Post all **import invoices** (stock, materials and capex) in SAP via matching PO’s
+ Post local stock purchase invoices for **licensed products** via matching PO’s
+ Book **customs taxes** and all local import costs (customs agency fees, insurance, bonded warehouse etc.) for imported goods & materials and prepare monthly landed cost reports
+ Report **imported stock payments** to related parties and headquarters for the maintenance of balance reconciliation and clear payments against invoices in SAP
+ Analyze, reconcile and clear the balances of related accounts and entries in SAP
+ Assist in **internal and external audits** by providing entry details, reports, and balances
+ Provide below support for Retail Sales Accounting
+ Classify daily cashier reports of 39 retail stores and track them electronically
+ Control and reclass expense claims in SAP Concur if required
+ Post retail store petty cash expenses in SAP when needed
+ Search for electronic invoices in e-invoice portal upon support request by stores
+ Prepare manual customer credit card refund instructions for stores once a week
+ Keeping up-to-date information on the document stock status of the retail stores. (Expense Voucher for returns, payment vouchers, Tailoring Vouchers etc.)
+ Archive fiscal documents created and coordinate sending documents to the outsource archiving company when required
ABOUT YOU
+ University Degree in Economics or related studies
+ At least 2 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment
+ Experience in retail channel and apparel industry are preferred
+ Good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations,
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel) and SAP
+ High level in local language in oral as well as written English communication
+ Detail oriented and organized in work
+ Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors and other employees.
