JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support FOX’s operations in Mexico. This role operates within a high-volume shared services environment and requires expertise in timely, compliant invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Coupa, Graphite, or Workday is a plus. A strong understanding of Mexican statutory requirements for the AP cycle—including CFDIs, tax compliance, and related regulations—is essential.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and validate supplier invoices in full compliance with Mexico’s fiscal and tax regulationsEnsure invoices meet statutory requirements and support accurate tax reportingCollaborate with vendors and Fox/Caliente TV stakeholders in both Spanish and English to resolve invoice issues and facilitate timely paymentsReconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, resolving outstanding items promptlySupport supplier onboarding, including documentation review and compliance verificationMaintain accurate and organized records for audits and regulatory reportingIdentify and escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or non-compliant transactionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a shared services or global operations environmentProfessional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and EnglishStrong knowledge of Mexican invoicing and tax requirementsDemonstrated reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-service mindsetAbility to thrive in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholdersExceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldFamiliarity with AP systems such as Coupa, Graphite, or Workday

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-30.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
