Description Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative to join a manufacturing organization in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will handle high-volume invoice processing, ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts, and maintain organized financial records. Responsibilities: • Process and review approximately 200 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Verify purchase orders and electronically approve invoices for payment. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Generate financial reports as requested by the Vice President of Finance. • Maintain proper filing and storage of accounts payable records for easy access. • Collaborate with team members to streamline invoice processing workflows. • Monitor and manage automated payment systems to ensure efficiency. • Assist with coding invoices and data entry as part of regular operations.
