Duties and Responsibilities\n• Three years of exposure with a full cycle AP desk\n• Review invoices for appropriate GL coding and proof of product / service delivery at various office locations, sales tax charged, credit memos and weekly check runs\n• PO matching experience a must\n• Prioritize payment of invoices based on vendor terms\n• Monitor electronic inbox for invoices\n• Process Monthly Expense Reports\n• Determining GL codes from Chart of Accounts\n• Reconcile monthly Vendor Statements\n• High volume invoices up to 1500 monthly\n• Excellent written and verbal communications skills\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n• A comprehensive training program\n• Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, and PTO

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
