Accounts Payable Specialist
 

Are you a detail-oriented AP professional ready to take ownership of a vital function in a fast-moving environment? We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who can work both independently and collaboratively to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full AP cycle, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing

Perform 2-way and 3-way matching to ensure accuracy between POs, receipts, and invoices

Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships

Prepare payment runs and support monthly closing activities

Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:
 Strong AP background with hands-on experience in 2-way and 3-way matching
 Self-motivated, organized, and dependable – able to manage responsibilities independently
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Team-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills
 Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes with ease
