Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's growing team in New York, New York. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, ensure accurate coding, and oversee reconciliations to maintain smooth financial operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and a commitment to efficiency. Responsibilities: • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies. • Manage accounts payable for a dedicated entity independently. • Utilize Sage Timberline or Sage 300 software for invoice coding and processing. • Perform regular check runs to maintain timely payments. • Route invoices appropriately for approval and documentation. • Scan and organize financial documents for easy access and record-keeping. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries. • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related role. • Proficient in invoice coding and processing. • Experience with Sage Timberline or Sage 300 software is required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle high volumes of invoices accurately. • Familiarity with check runs and reconciliation processes.
