Responsibilities:
Escalation contact for business units, shared services and suppliers to resolve posting and payment issuesVendors` requests and queries resolution at assigned country/region levelVendors` and GL accounts reconciliation at assigned country/region levelDirect Debits & Missing Invoices reconciliations at assigned country/region levelDirect collaboration with Hyderabad team to ensure effective and efficient process flow of the payable cycle Escalation contact for business units, shared services and suppliers to resolve posting and payment issuesExecute, review, and monitor all payable internal audit controlsTeam managementKnowledge sharing and training team membersResponsibilities for the team KPI, SLA and reporting KPI’s for stakeholdersQualifications:
Experience in Accounts Payable departmentKnowledge of AP processes and financial document workflowGood command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2)Experience working with SAP Any additional language will be considered an asset (e.g., German, French)Ability to work with large volumes of data and documentsExperience in coordinating tasks within a teamStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesWhy Our Team Enjoys Working Here:
