Job Summary:  

Supports the financial and administrative functions of the Accounts Payable area by executing routine payment and invoice reconciliation tasks with accuracy and timeliness, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of financial operations.

What you will do:  

Execute international services accounts payable processes.

Analyze and resolve intercompany discrepancies.

Perform account reconciliations and aging analysis.

Support Internal and External Audits.

Provide Supplier & Internal Support.

What you have - Skills: 

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Effective Communications: Understanding effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bacheloor's Degree.

Pre-Advanced English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Top Candidates will have:

Advanced English.

Knowledge of Importation and/or Transportation processes.

Previous experience working with SAP.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).

Experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, etc.).

This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
