A leading automotive company in Carlsbad is searching for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenges and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include: + Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. + Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and compliance with purchase orders. + Reconciling AP accounts and resolving discrepancies. + Preparing checks, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as required. + Responding to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner. + Maintaining detailed and organized financial records for audits and reports. + Collaborating with internal departments to streamline AP processes. Requirements + 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. + Proficiency in accounting software programs (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite). + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Previous experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment is a plus. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
