Description We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is a contract position where you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and efficient invoice processing. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: • Process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Verify and code invoices correctly to align with internal systems and procedures. • Perform document indexing and ensure all records are accurately maintained. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, including using functions such as Index Match to analyze and organize information. • Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors. • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable. • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records to support financial audits and reporting. • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to payments and invoicing. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related role. • Proficiency in processing and coding invoices with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions like Index Match. • Familiarity with accounts payable software and document indexing systems. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume workloads. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
