Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This on-site role provides essential support for invoice processing, data entry, and accounting tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately code and process invoices in compliance with company standards. • Perform timely data entry of financial records and transactions. • Handle accounting adjustments and ensure proper documentation. • Provide ad hoc support for various accounting and administrative tasks as needed. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. • Utilize Yardi software to manage accounts payable functions effectively. • Maintain organized records and assist with audits or reporting requirements. • Ensure all tasks are completed within prescribed deadlines and guidelines. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in using Yardi software for financial processing. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coding. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members. • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
