Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for matching invoices with receivers and delivery tickets, scanning and entering invoices into the system, and ensuring they are sent out for approval in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Accounts Payable, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Apply today! Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to perform accurate data entry and invoice processing. • Familiarity with coding invoices and financial reconciliation procedures. • Knowledge of check runs and payment processing practices. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
