Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP, MS Word, and Excel is helpful (training provided). This position works closely with purchasing, A/R, and management in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment, and may also support audits and other finance initiatives. Requirements • At least one year of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role. • Familiarity with accounts receivable, collections, and cash applications. • Proficiency in using Word and Excel for financial documentation and reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and vendor issues. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple departments. • Experience with billing functions and managing account balances.
