Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Lynnwood, Washington. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting payment functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a fast-paced environment while honing your accounting skills. Responsibilities: • Process and accurately code vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Match invoices to purchase orders or contracts to validate payments. • Maintain and update vendor records, responding promptly to inquiries. • Prepare payment runs and ensure timely execution of payments. • Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies as they arise. • Support basic accounting tasks, including data entry and record maintenance. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable processes. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Office tools for efficient workflow management. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL is preferred, or willingness to learn quickly. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks. • Effective organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for vendor and team interactions. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines consistently.
