Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounts payable processes and demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision and efficiency. • Perform three-way matching to ensure invoice accuracy and proper documentation. • Conduct heavy data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle accounts payable. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas and data analysis. • Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong data entry skills, with a typing speed of 6,000–10,000 kph. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with three-way matching and invoice reconciliation processes. • Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
