Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Maitland, Florida. In this role, you will handle key financial processes, including vendor management and payment processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading organization in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. Responsibilities: • Prepare, issue, and manage payment checks for vendors. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records. • Add new vendors to the system and ensure proper documentation. • Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payments. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting. • Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in handling check runs and preparing vendor payments. • Strong organizational skills to maintain vendor files and records. • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships with a focus on detail-oriented practices. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. • Excellent communication skills to address vendor inquiries effectively.
