Key Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues. + Assist in tracking, organizing, and maintaining financial records. + Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on invoice approvals and payment schedules. + Support month-end and year-end closing processes. + Other administrative or accounting support tasks as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + At least 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role, including internships or contract AP work. + Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply! + A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Intermediate Excel proficiency + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
