Description 50,000 - 60,000 Benefits: + Medical, Dental, Vision, life and long-term disability insurance + 401K with matching contribution + paid time off Key Responsibilities: + Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. + Match purchase orders, delivery tickets, and invoices. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. + Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments. + Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and records. + Assist with month-end closing and reporting. + Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues. + Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
