As an Accounts Payable Clerk Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Accurately process and code invoices to ensure proper documentation.
• Perform routine check runs and issue payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
• Organize and maintain financial records for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support during audits.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline payment processes.
• Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements
The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk candidate will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
• Proficiency in data entry and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of check runs and invoice coding processes.
