Description Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled candidate to join our client’s team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: + Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Oracle software. + Match invoices to purchase orders, ensuring proper authorization and compliance with company policies. + Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments. + Process and prepare payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. + Maintain and organize accounts payable records and documentation for auditing purposes. + Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline the accounts payable process. + Assist with month-end and year-end accounts payable close processes. Requirements + Required: Prior experience in accounts payable roles, especially in a high-volume environment. + Required: Proficiency in Oracle Accounting Software. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
