Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Kings Norton. This is an office-based role with an immediate start, offering a temporary contract of 4-8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Maintain vendor files. Assist with month-end closing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts payable role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
