Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 / hr. depending on experience
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Part-Time. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 24 hours a week. Flexible hours. Can work either 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties: Process a high volume of invoices, including 3-way matching and PO invoice verification. Handle daily Accounts Payable activities including email correspondence, invoice entry, check runs, and approval routing. Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting related to accounts payable transactions.
Accounts Payable Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including working with PO invoices and 3-way matching. High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12, NetSuite, or similar large ERP systems. Proven ability to manage high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of emails and cross-functional collaboration.
