We are hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to work onsite at our Miamisburg, OH site. This person will be responsible for the input and maintenance of all related A/P paperwork and supplier records. **Responsibilities** + Sorting of emails for Accounts Payable. + Validate and process vendor invoices and credit notes as per company policy into SAP. + Process biweekly and ad-hoc payment runs to make sure timely payments. + Facilitate weekly blocked invoice report meetings with purchasing department, keeping up-to-date on vendor status, special circumstances, problem accounts etc. + Prepare list of unvouched AP invoices for Accounting to review for month-end expense accrual. + Validate vendors banking changes before updating into SAP. + Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** + Minimum 5 years progressive responsibility in the above functions. + Strong numerical aptitude. + Must have previous exposure to computerized accounting programs on a multi-user system. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Intermediate experience in Excel + Problem Solver + Proven customer relations skills. + Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
