Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate records. • Manage purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies in financial documents. • Perform regular check runs and maintain proper documentation. • Accurately code invoices and enter data into accounting systems. • Support ad hoc projects and provide administrative assistance as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable. • Experience in invoice processing and coding. • Prior Experience with ERP/accounting softwares. • Familiarity with check runs and financial documentation. • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
