Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will ensure the accurate processing and reconciliation of invoices, expense reimbursements, and accounts payable records. This position requires a strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with accounting policies. Responsibilities: • Match invoices to approved purchase orders or requisitions and accurately input them into the accounting system. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. • Organize and maintain both current and archived accounts payable documentation. • Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports and reconcile them to the general ledger. • Perform month-end reconciliation for purchasing clearing accounts and other liabilities. • Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Review submitted expense reports for receipts, adherence to travel policies, and mathematical correctness. • Record monthly journal entries as required and ensure proper documentation. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries and discrepancies. • Complete other assigned tasks related to accounts payable and general accounting duties. Requirements • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with systems such as MAS 200, QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
