Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate invoice processing. The role will primarily be on-site and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: • Process and code invoices accurately while maintaining proper documentation. • Handle check runs and ensure timely payment to vendors. • Perform data entry tasks to update financial records with precision. • Manage invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Collaborate with team members to support various accounting functions. • Utilize NetSuite and Microsoft Excel for efficient workflow management. • Assist with front desk tasks as needed, providing administrative support. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. • Generate reports and provide insights into accounts payable operations. • Support additional tasks as required to maintain smooth operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles. • Proficiency in NetSuite and intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Effective communication abilities to liaise with vendors and team members. • Ability to adapt and assist with additional tasks, such as front desk duties. • Familiarity with invoice coding, check runs, and data entry processes. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
