Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Hayward, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflows. This position requires strong attention to detail and expertise with accounting software. Responsibilities: • Process a full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, batching, and coding. • Audit and input invoices into the system with precision and timeliness. • Conduct bi-weekly check runs, ensuring all payments are accurate and properly approved. • Manage invoice approvals using NetSuite and maintain organized documentation. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. • Support additional projects and tasks related to accounts payable as assigned. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting purposes. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data processing and transaction management. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice handling and approvals. • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. • Strong skills in data entry with attention to accuracy and speed. • Ability to perform account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation. • Familiarity with coding invoices and processing check runs. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
