Accounts Payable Clerk 

Position Summary:

System One has partnered with a Tulsa company that is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will primarily focus on data inquiry and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Review and approve invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Resolve discrepancies and ensure that accounts are accurately maintained. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required. Proven experience in accounts payable and administrative duties  Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
