Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely entry into the system. • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate and balanced financial records. • Conduct regular check runs and prepare payments in accordance with company procedures. • Handle data entry tasks with precision to ensure financial accuracy. • Assist with invoice processing and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis of financial data. • Manage asset inventory records to ensure proper documentation and compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. • Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Familiarity with invoice processing and coding procedures. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors.
