Starting pay is $21.00 per hour!

This position is responsible for performing various accounts payable activities as well as assists with special projects.

\n

Essential Duties:

\n\nProcessing approved invoices by assigning vendor and general ledger accounting codes\nEntering invoice payment information into the accounting software (D365)\nManaging PO’s via the Maximo system for operations invoices.\nDistributing operating expense invoices to departmental managers for payment authorization.\nInvestigating all vendor inquiries and discrepancies between PO and Invoice.\nPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\nMinimum of 6+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra\n10 Key by Touch (10,000+ kph)\nIntermediate Excel skills\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages\nExperience processing high volume of transactions\nAS400, OnBase and Adage experience is a plus\n\n
