Join us and apply now! **Core Responsibilities** In this role, you will support basic execution of Accounts Payable (AP) processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including: + Invoice processing (in SAP system), payments processing on a daily and weekly basis, delivering high quality service + Building strong customer relations across areas and geographies + Contributing to a culture that promotes collaboration, encourages knowledge sharing, and integrates innovative new ways of working into daily routines + Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures + Use automation tools and software to streamline invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications This position is located in our new premises in Prague Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Accounts Payable is part of the general accounting department, and its specific mission is to manage and oversee ‘accounts being paid’ or the money flowing out of a business. As you’d expect, the efficiency of our accounts payable system directly relates to your organization’s financial stability and reputation and it’s an extremely vital part of a successful business.
