Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Aids in the timely processing of vendor invoicesResolves invoice exception issues in Xign systemMonitors Invoice Image Exception Queue (missing fields, new vendors, invalid data, etc.)Monitors Invoice Exception Queue (invalid data, expiring invoices, etc.)Monitors vendor services’ email accountActs as point-of-contact for regions and branch officesReceives and responds to vendor inquiriesEnters new vendor informationObtains W-9 forms and conducts research around 1099sMatches and accepts vendors in XignMaintains vendor file updates (e.g., inactive vendors, etc.)Performs other duties as assigned/necessaryMinimum Requirements:High School degree or equivalent requiredExcellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with consistently high quality work productsStrong data entry skills and attention to detailGreat Plains and Excel experience preferredExperience using an electronic invoicing system preferredAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be requiredComputer proficiency requiredWage/Salary Information:
$19.00 - $28.50 per hour, with a $3,000 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
