Accounts payable analyst

Principal duties and responsibilities :
- Perform 3-way match on every invoice (include print, sort, input and scan invoices).
- Make sure invoices comply with Company’s policies, Fiscal requirements and company’s controls (proper approval, discrepancies, threshold, etc.)
- Review and investigate quantity and pricing issues follow up with appropriate person.
- Maintain a proper and on-time filing on the invoices.
- Prepare a batch of invoices to pay in a weekly basis.
- Provide information to internal and external auditors.
- Accounts analysis in a monthly basis.
- Maintain filing.
- Customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Accounting degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts payable.
- SAP system management.
- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written.
- Proven, consistent, and accurate alpha-numeric data entry for a high volume of invoices.
- Good communication and problem solving and the ability to work with personnel within and outside of BRP.
- Team player.
- Able to work on a fast-paced environment where the workload is high.
