Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Accounts Payable Analyst. Maintain, control, and verify billing records and accounts payable balances to company suppliers. Key responsibilities + Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual unvoucher reports + Record supplier invoices in favor of the company + Assist suppliers with price discrepancies or material reception issues and escalate to the Purchasing department. + Generate accounting entries for proper application + Schedule and prepare payments according to the terms agreed upon in purchase orders. + Ensure compliance with the company’s accounts payable policies and procedures. + Comply with the Environmental Management System Responsibility and Authority Matrix, Format: 600-01-02. + Actively and enthusiastically participate in DE&I and plant engagement activities.
