Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle payment processing, vendor communication, and other essential duties with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Process invoices and payments accurately while adhering to company policies. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments to ensure smooth operations. • Verify invoice details, including scanning and ensuring all required information is accurate. • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries, providing clear and thoughtful communication. • Conduct ACH verifications to maintain secure and reliable payment processes. • Utilize systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Concur to streamline accounts payable workflows. • Collaborate with internal teams to address outstanding issues and improve processes. • Follow up on pending matters and complete additional tasks as assigned to support the department. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in payment processing and invoice verification. • Strong ability to resolve discrepancies and manage vendor communications effectively. • Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Concur systems is highly desirable. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.
