The AP Analyst will have responsibility over specific vendor reconciliations, clearing aged items and monitoring the AP subledger.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Reconcile assigned accounts for specific vendorsReview subledger activity for proper documentationMonitor AP sub-ledger weekly for integrity Research outstanding aged items to reduce the companies liabilityRetrieve supportive documentation from Vendor PortalsRequest and review credit memo’s to reconcile with open debits in the subledgerSubmit invoices to processing teamProcess invoice reversalsSupport Vendor inquiries as assigned Special projects as assignedKeep manager informed of any major concerns or issues  Other assignments and responsibilities as initiatives are rolled out
