You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
**How you will contribute**
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Accounts Payable Analyst ensure to cater the requirement of new payment term Regulations as expected legally and sets the standards for the processes and directs and guides the execution of all changes related to the optimization, evolution and improvement of the pay processes in Mondelez.
**Role & Responsibilities**
+ The responsibilities are applicable to all EU Directive countries & AMEA with regards to Payment Terms.
+ Daily operational requirement with regards to EU payment term directives & Brexit.
+ Monitoring the service provider performance with regards to EU payment term directives & Brexit.
+ Deep dive analysis on basic and Next generation metrics / KPI's like Paid on Time, Overdue, Rejections etc.,
+ Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expertise.
+ Handling Accounts Payable exceptions.
+ Handling E-Invoicing Escalations.
+ Handling query management.
+ Handling day to day fire fighting's.
+ Communicate with required internal and external departments to get things done.
+ Acting PMO between departments represent AP.
+ Support on Next Generation KPI as and when required.
+ Develop and maintain monthly KPI reports & Identify trends to all legal countries in Europe and prepare presentation slides and provide explanations for significant deviations.
+ Monitor and analyse early payments request and educate the requestors accordingly.
+ Analyse AP data to identify root causes of issues and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and accuracy.
+ Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AP processes through data analysis.
+ Collaborate with AP teams in AMEA and MEU regions to gather data and understand business requirements.
+ Perform analysis & improve the on-time payment for UTP, MSME & Small Businesses in respective countries / regions.
+ Work on any of the Ad-hoc requirements provided by BU Pay Leads and GBS Pay Lead.
**Required Skills:**
+ SAP end user functionality, Minimum AP T-Codes & SAP navigation.
+ Basic MS-Excel skills.
+ Good English Speaking & Writing skills.
+ Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expertise.
+ Handling Accounts Payable exceptions.
+ Handling query management.
+ Handling day to day fire fighting's.
**Relocation Support Available?**
