Accounts Payable Analyst | Tampa, FL

Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team! You'll be instrumental in enhancing our AP processes by ensuring accurate invoice handling, resolving payment issues, and delivering top-notch support to vendors. Key Responsibilities

Examine incoming invoices and detect inconsistencies or errorsManage a large volume of invoices efficiently using 3-way matching techniquesAct as a point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving concernsSet up new vendors in our system and guide them through the onboarding processPerform in-depth analysis to troubleshoot and correct invoice-related discrepanciesSupport AP reporting activities and assist with administrative dutiesEssential SkillsThorough understanding of end-to-end accounts payable procedures.Strong proficiency in generating and interpreting AP reports.At least 2 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience.High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in accounts payable analytics and reporting.Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, and goods receipt.SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
