Job Description
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our expanding team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening our accounts payable operations by accurately processing invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and providing responsive support to vendor inquiries. ResponsibilitiesReview and identify discrepancies or errors in submitted invoices.Efficiently process a high volume of invoices using the 3-way matching method.Provide support to vendors regarding invoice issues and inquiries.Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors by setting them up in the system.Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through detailed analysis.Contribute to accounts payable reporting and related administrative tasks.Essential SkillsThorough understanding of end-to-end accounts payable procedures.Strong proficiency in generating and interpreting AP reports.At least 2 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience.High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in accounts payable analytics and reporting.Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, and goods receipt.SAP experience is a plus, but not required.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
