Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Chesterfield, MO. Key Responsibilities: * Accounts Payable Analyst will process high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies * Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and goods receipt) * Review and verify expense reports and credit card statements * Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders * Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation * Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close * Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports * As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations * Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to streamline processes * Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
