Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Carlisle, PA. Key Responsibilities: * Process high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner * Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and supporting documentation * Assist with weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and check processing * Monitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly * Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Accounting) to resolve invoice and payment issues * Support month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations * Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries * Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
