**Accounts Payable Analyst, Global Shared Services** **Location:** Shanghai, China **_BASIC FUNCTIONS_** 1. Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) process 2. Answer customers’ inquiries 3. Audit vendor invoices and solve related issues 4. Prepare payments proposal 5. SOP documentation and Process Improvement 6. Other assigned job by manager **_SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES_** 1. Responsible for AP invoice process of assigned Asian entities including South Korea 2. Audit vendor invoices and complete entries into OCR / SAP systems 3. Prepare payments proposal in a timely manner and according to company schedule 4. Monthly Accounts Payable closing 5. Communicate, follow up and solve invoice disputes 6. Answer accounts payable related inquiries from internal and external customers in AP query management system 7. Prepare accounts payable reports to internal customers 8. Work closely with business unit’s finance team to improve Accounts Payable process 9. Update responsible entities’ AP SOP documents and support process improvement 10. Complete other tasks assigned by manager **Skills/Requirements** 1. Good communication skills; good command of Korean in writing and speaking. 2. 2+ years working experience in Accounts Payable or Related Finance area 3. University graduate, major in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration is a plus 4. Experience with SAP system, and Strong MS Office application skills 5. Familiarity with Shared Service concept is an asset 6. Attention to details; high accuracy; punctual; can work under pressure. 7. Good communication skills; good command of English in writing and speaking. 8.
