Key Responsibilities: + Manage and process vendor invoices with efficiency and accuracy. + Review orders and update inventory records as needed. + Reconcile discrepancies by matching purchase orders to invoices. + Ensure compliance with internal billing practices and verify financial charges. + Create and maintain billing documentation for service contracts. + Conduct routine account reconciliations to maintain financial reporting accuracy. + Prepare and distribute vendor payments in a timely manner. Requirements Qualifications: + 3 years+ recent, hands-on accounts payable or similar accounting experience. + Practical knowledge of enterprise-level accounting software. + Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools. + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Prior experience in account reconciliations and familiarity with vendor payment processes.
