Description We’re working with a manufacturing client in Peabody seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to cover a 3-month leave. This fully on-site role is ideal for someone with AP experience who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment + Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies + Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments + Support month-end close activities as needed Qualifications: + Prior accounts payable experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks + Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Start ASAP!
