Duties and responsibilities related to the Accounts Payable role
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorisation and codingReconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queriesMaintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing tasksEnsure compliance with company policies and financial controlsLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong working relationshipsSupport the Finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as requiredAbout you
You will have previous experience working in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel are essential.
