Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable – Domain Trainee – Polish - Remote RO
In this role, you will ensure the delivery and execution of Accounts Payable (AP) services of the Manufacturing client. Facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between our external vendors as well as internal customers.
Responsibilities
• Scanning and Posting of PO, Non-PO invoices, Credit Notes as per the established process
• Resolve the Invoice Issues like Price/ Quantity with the GR created.
• Process travel and expense reports(Invoices) of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
• Process Scheduled Additional Payment Runs when Requested
• Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and Prepare the Monthly reports
• Raise the request for Vendor Master Creation/Modification
• Handling Vendor Queries and providing resolution
• Process the Month End Activities Related to Accounts Payable
• Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports
• Handling Vendor/ TE query Emails.
• Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports
• Audit the Payment Proposals/ TE Reports
• Reconcile vendor statements, GRIR clearing and Debit balances
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
• Engage with multiple partners including both internal and external
• Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions
• Production planning on a daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to respective team members
• Supervise and guide your team in daily activities
• SOP’s revisit at regular intervals and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signoff
• Ensure that all the Activities (Daily/Monthly)are completed in the given TAT.
• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Advanced Polish language skills
• English language capability to proficiency level
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS office tools
• Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data)
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Need to be strong team player and team managing skills
• Ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Previous experience in a multinational company
• Chemical industry background preferred
• Work experience with and ERP system like SAP or Epicor is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
