Accounts Payable, Junior Analyst

Stryker is hiring an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to accounts payable transactional inquiries at Stryker’s Costa Rica Shared Service Center. This position supports the Finance One optimization program.

Work Flexibility: Hybrid. The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Heredia, Costa Rica, and is expected to be onsite at the facility multiple times per week.

What you will do:

Clean up processes and properly assign OneFinance Portal cases.Respond to basic Accounts Payable inquiries via email.Manage supplier statements.Identify and correct minor issues with processes or tools in a timely and collaborative manner.Troubleshoot cases.Provide visibility on critical issues requiring intervention with stakeholders or suppliers to support informed decision-making and resolution.Comply with corporate accounting policies, US GAAP, and local GAAP.Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

What you will need  

Requirements:

High school diploma required; currently pursuing or completing technical studies or an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.1+ year of relevant work experience in administrative functions, finance, customer service, or related areas.Basic knowledge of MS Office.Intermediate English level; able to understand and communicate in a business environment.

Preferred:

Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.Experience in shared service environments.
