Accounting Supervisor - Supplier Incentives and Cost Accounting

Ideal candidate will be based in the Columbus area with the ability to work a hybrid schedule, coming into the Dublin office at least 1 day a week.

What General Accounting contributes to Cardinal Health

General Accounting is responsible for maintaining the financial books and records and preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for month-end close of Buy Margin accounting groupFirst-level review of Buy Margin balance sheet reconciliationsManage team of two employeesResponsible for answering questions and assisting in resolving issuesMaintain SOP's for Buy Margin areaEnsure compliance with Buy Margin SOX requirementsOther duties as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 3+ years accounting experience in related field, preferredPrior supervisory experienceCPA preferred

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staffAdministers and executes policies and proceduresEnsures employees operate within guidelinesDecisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customersFrequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levelsInteractions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution

Anticipated salary range: $79,700-$113,800
